The objective of this research to evaluate the emotional problems of the students of the Faculty of Education at University of Tabuk and their relation to their assessment of the effectiveness of university teaching. The study was conducted on a sample of 195 students, the study concluded: Students of the Faculty of Education at University of Tabuk do not suffer from the three emotional problems (shyness, fear, anger). There are no differences between students in the three emotional problems (shyness, fear, anger). There are no differences in: (shyness, anger, fear) due to the variable of the school year .Students (Islamic Education) less fear of students of other disciplines .Special education students are less angry than students of other disciplines. The students of the Faculty of Education at University of Tabuk highly appreciate the effectiveness of the four dimensions (good planning and implementation of the teaching, interaction and communication with students, good knowledge in the field of specialization, effective strategies and teaching methods) and the overall degree of effectiveness of university teaching among university faculty. Average grade of students in distance (effective management of the learning environment) and in the overall degree of effectiveness of university teaching higher than students .Students of specializations in Islamic education and special education in recognition of the four dimensions and the overall degree of the effectiveness of university teaching students (Arabic(. Students (fourth year) in the highest estimate of the (effective evaluation) of students of the two years: (I and II). There is a statistically significant correlation between emotional problems (shyness, anger, fear) among students of the Faculty of Education at University of Tabuk and the overall degree of effectiveness of university teaching.
