The aim of the research was to identify the needs of faculty members of special skills and technical knowledge in the Deanship of Preparatory Programs at Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University in the light of academic quality standards. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The questionnaire consisted of (108) And the university laws, the planning and implementation of lectures, programs and aids teaching and evaluation, scientific research and management of research projects, development and quality), and distributed this questionnaire on the sample of the study consisting of (75) teachers and (62) schools, representing 51% Society, study, and end Descriptive to achieve the goals of the research, and research found a set of results including: The level of training needs of faculty members in the field of university systems and laws, in the planning and implementation of lectures, in the field of teaching and evaluation programs and aids, in the field of scientific research and management of research projects, in the field of development and quality was high. Statistical significance among faculty members male and female and for males in terms of university laws and regulations, and the results also indicated the absence of differences of statistical significance due to the variables of job title, scientific qualification, decision, and the field of university laws and regulations, and The study recommends that the needs of faculty members be determined for the skills and knowledge they need before any training course is held to achieve a high degree of efficiency and efficiency. And provides ongoing studies periodically to identify the training needs of faculty members to serve as a platform for the development of existing training programs or to develop in-service training programs.
