The purpose of the present study was to identify marital conflicts and relationship with behavioral disorders in children from viewpoint of their employed mothers in public schools within North Ghore Provincial Directorate of Education. The study sample consisted of (279) teacher mothers. For study purposes, a scale measuring marital conflicts was developed in addition to children behavioral disorders which were with adequate validity and reliability, to answer study questions, the study employed the following statistical processes including means, standard deviations, and Person correlations. The results showed that the degree of marital conflicts among subjects on the overall instruments was low, findings showed that teacher mother children substantially suffer from no behavioral disorders which was low. In addition, there were statistical correlations between marital conflicts and behavioral disorders. (Published abstract)
