The aim of this research is to identify the level of the gap between the cognitive, and educational levels of the student in the faculties of education and the actual educational and vocational practice in implementing the partner schools by identifying the level of the performance of the student in the application of field training programs in the facilities of education from the supervisors’ point of view for the student’ implementation. The study consisted of the student teachers in the first semester of the first academic year 1439 - 1440 edu in the faculty of education (the 37 Islamic students and the sample of the study included 30 students with 81.1% and 6 educational supervisors and specialists). The sample of the study included 4 professors of educational supervisors and specialists with 66.7%. The analytical descriptive matrix was used by analyzing and evaluating the planning, implementation and evaluation strategies followed by the teacher in the lesson and used the observation method for the student’s performance. After analysis of the results, the trend scale was used for the sample of the student and descriptive analytical method by the personal interview of the supervisors and educational specialists. The results of the research indicate that the actual reality of the student teacher in the implementation of the field of the training program in light of objectives of the field of training program in the faculties of education from the supervisors’ point of view field teachers have achieved a satisfactory degree according to their point of view and also the results showed shortcomings in the performance of the student teacher in planning skill, registration of long-term plans for teaching, prep reparation of materials and equipment necessary for teaching) and shortage in the skill of the implementation of the lesson was the most prominent in: (teaching the lesson according to planning prepared , linking learning experiences with life situations ,ending the lesson). The most important deficiency in the skill of the calendar is: (taking into account individual differences, accuracy and follow up in the activities of learning). The results of the comparison according to the cumulative average indicate that there are statistically significant differences in favor of students with a very good and higher education compared to teachers who are good or below in the implementation of the field training program. The research showed that there are a number of obstacles that hinder the use of skills and teaching competencies, and the most important are: poor qualification and training for the teachers to acquire the teaching skills, and the lack of satisfaction of some student teacher of teaching profession. In light of these results the recommendations come as follows: follow-up student teacher in the field and discuss mistakes to provide the student with modern educational experiences that accompany the developments in the field of the process of teaching through the activation of mini- teaching.
