The aim of the study is to identify the relationships between five major factors of personality and motivation of achievement among a sample of educational counselors in Hebron governorate. It also aims to identify the five most common important factors of personality and knowing the level of achievement of motivation in the light of gender variables, years of experience, marital status and Directorate. To achieve the objectives of the study were used the measure of the five major factors of personality and the measure of motivation of achievement. The study sample consisted of (142) educational counselors in Hebron governorate who were selected in stratified random sample way. The results showed that the most common personality factors were the Extraversion and the least common one is the Neuroticism. The study also found differences in both the Extraversion and openness to experience according to the gender variable with favor to the females and Differences in the Agreeableness factor with favor to males. The results indicated that there were differences in the factor of openness to experience for the holders of the Master's degree, and the existence of differences in factors (Neuroticism, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness) for the benefit of the Directorate of Yatta. As for the level of achievement of motivation, the results showed differences in the level of achievement of motivation according to the variable years of experience in favor to those who have years of experience between (5-10 years), and differences in achievement of motivation according to the marital status variable with favor to the married people. And differences according to the Hebron Directorates with favor to the Directorate of Yatta. Finally, the results showed a statistically significant positive relationship between the Neuroticism, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Conscientiousness factors with achievement of motivation, and a negative relationship between the Openness to experience factor and the motivation of achievement.
