The present study aimed at uncovering the most important problems of employing continuing evaluation mechanisms in the learning process from the teachers point of view , as well as whether there are differences in these problems depending on years of experience. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was constructed consisting of 12 words about the various problems of employing Continuing evaluation, which was applied to a sample of teachers. They were selected by simple random sample. The descriptive approach was adopted in both exploratory and comparative terms. The study found the following results: The most important problems of employing Continuing evaluation mechanisms in the learning process in the following: The problem of the density of the classroom, the non-training in the application of Continuing evaluation mechanisms, thenon-activation of students file achievement, the non-understanding of the community and colleagues and their accept for Continuing Calendar, the problem of scarcity of educational teaching means, the problem of many professional burdens as well as the problem of insufficient knowledge of methods of Continuing evaluation. There are no statistically significant differences between the views of teachers on the use of Continuing evaluation mechanisms in the process of learning. (Published Abstract)
