This study aimed to identify the degree of implication of total quality management in learning resources rooms as perceived by principals of schools in Mafraq distract. The study sample of the study consisted of (50) mangers. a questionnaire was used as a tool, which consisted of six fields: (philosophy, targets, learning resources, technological innovations, services, and building).The results indicated that the degree of implication of total quality management in learning resources rooms as perceived by principals of schools in Mafraq distract was moderate in all fields except the field of learning resources was high. Moreover, the results of the study showed there are no statistically significant differences in the Degree of implication of Total Quality Management in Learning Resources Rooms attributed to a variable number of genders for all fields. Moreover, there are no statistically significant differences in the Degree of implication of Total Quality Management in Learning Resources Rooms attributed to a variable number of years of experience for the following fields (philosophy, targets, services, and building). While there are statistically significant differences attributed to a variable number of years of experience for the fields of learning resources, technological innovations, and the total as a whole. The differences were in favor of the years of experience (less than 10 years). (Published Abstract)
