تأتي أهمية موضوع إدارة الأزمات من خطورة الأزمات على المؤسّسة التّعليميّة أولاً، وعلى المجتمع ثانياً، وذلك للارتباط الوثيق بينهما، الأمر الذي يجعل معرفة متّطلبات إدارة الأزمات التّعليميّة في المدارس الثّانويّة، وبالتّحديد في مدينة دمشق أمراً في غاية الأهمية. وعلى اعتبار أنّ نجاح المدارس في إدارتها للأزمات يتوقف بدرجة كبيرة على توفير المتّطلبات الضرورية من طاقات (ماديّة، وإداريّة، وبشريّة). يمكن صياغة مشكلة الدراسة من خلال السّؤال الرّئيس الآتي: ما متّطلبات إدارة الأزمات التّعليمية في المدارس الثّانوية في مدينة دمشق؟ يمكن تحديد أهداف الدراسة في النّقاط الآتية: 1) التعرف على الإدارة المدرسيّة بشكل عام، وإدارة الأزمة بشكل خاص (مفهومها، أهميتها، أهدافها، أنواعها، أسبابها، مراحلها، متطلباتها). 2) التعرّف على واقع إدارة المؤسّسة التّعليميّة في مرحلة التّعليم الثّانوي في الجمهوريّة العربيّة السّوريّة، وأهم الأزمات التي تواجهها. 3) التعرّف على واقع إدارة الأزمات التّعليميّة في المدارس الثّانويّة في الجمهوريّة العربيّة السّوريّة. 4) التعرّف على المتّطلبات اللازمة لإدارة الأزمات التّعليميّة (الماديّة، والإداريّة، والبشريّة). وقد تمّ استخدام المنهج الوصفي التّحليلي، وتحددت أداة الدراسة من خلال استبانة للتعرّف على آراء المديرين، والمُدرّسين في المتّطلبات اللازمة لإدارة الأزمات في المدارس الثّانويّة في مدينة دمشق. تكوّنت عينة البحث من 55 مديراً ومديرة و1100 مدرّس ومدرّسة من جميع المديرين والمديرات، والمدرّسين والمدرّسات العاملين في المدارس الثّانويّة العامّة والخاصّة في مدينة دمشق. وخلص البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) بلغت قيمة المتوسط الحسابيّ لاستجابات أفراد عينة البحث على محاور الاستبانة كاملة 3.63، مما يشير إلى الأهمية الكبيرة لهذه المحاور في تحديد أهم متّطلبات إدارة الأزمات التّعليميّة في المدارس الثّانويّة في دمشق. 2) كان هناك تأثير لمتغير صفة المستجيب (مديرين/مدرسين)، اتجاه متّطلبات إدارة الأزمات التّعليميّة في المدارس الثّانويّة في مدينة دمشق، لصالح المديرين. 3) لم يؤثر متغير سنوات الخبرة في استجابات أفراد العينة، اتجاه متّطلبات إدارة الأزمات التّعليميّة في المدارس الثّانويّة في مدينة دمشق. 4) لم يؤثر متغير المؤهل العلمي في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة، اتجاه متّطلبات إدارة الأزمات التّعليميّة في المدارس الثّانويّة في مدينة دمشق. 5) لم يؤثر متغير الدّوارت التّدريبيّة في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة، اتجاه متّطلبات إدارة الأزمات التّعليميّة في المدارس الثّانويّة في مدينة دمشق. The current age is the age of the developments and changes. These changes are results of the in formations revolution and cultural openness, which in term has reflected to the real life and especially to the educational institutions and generated. This refection has asset of challenges that could lead to a series of crises which in term may obstruct the march of these institutions and impede the achievement of theirs objectives, and this is cause of attitudes towards management techniques crisis educational and identifying the requirements in all stages of education . In particular the secondary stage the attention of this stage is due to direct real life and the university life. Problematic: Identifying the educational requirements for crisis management in secondary schools in Damascus and detect the availability of these requirements of managers in secondary schools in Damascus city. The researcher used a questionnaire consisting of five field: planning field, information field, the field of communication system, the field of leadership skills, Technical working Group field. After making sure about the sincerity of resolution and stability ,it have been applied to a sample consisting of 55 manager by the rate 51.88% of the statistical community, and 1100 teachers by the rate 25.67% of the statistical community (private, public) schools, especially in Damascus, and this sample has been chosen by the stratified randomly method. The research variables are: (responder status, years of experience, qualification, training courses and school classification). It’s been insured on Curricula structure for the social studies based on the concepts. The researcher used the Spss program to treat the statistical data, and the Described analytical to interpretation the results. Results: 1) The value of the arithmetic average of the sample responses to full questionnaire resolution is 3.63, which indicates to the great importance of these themes in identifying the most important The educational requirements for crisis management in secondary schools in Damascus. 2) There variable of directors effecter positively at the educational requirements for crisis in secondary schools in Damascus. 3) (The variable, the qualification variable) of the experience years didn’t affect in the responses of the members of the research sample in the educational requirements for crisis management in secondary schools in Damascus. 4) The classification of school had positive sample responses in case of private school toward educational The classification of school had positive sample responses in case of private school toward educational requirements for crisis management in secondary schools in Damascus. Suggestions: 1) Activating the role of school principals by giving them the appropriate powers and thoughtful decision-making in a crisis situation and act directly to the importance of time in such cases. 2) The school headmasters must have various warrant to immediately make decision in a crisis salving. 3) The schools should be ready for all emergency situations and should be provided with all needed devices to face the crises. 4) The high education students must be directed to do more researches and studies about the schools crises management in all educational stages.
