This study aimed to identify the reality of administrative empowerment of female principals of elementary schools in the north of Riyadh city from the perspective of their school teachers. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher used a descriptive analytical method. The data collected by a questionnaire sent out to a sample of 120 female school teachers. The questionnaire consisted of (37) paragraphs divided into two components. The first one deals with of administrative empowerment of female principals of elementary schools and consisting of (24) paragraphs divided into four dimensions. Those dimensions are (principal personal traits, principal administrative skills, principal technical aspects, principal qualifications, and training capacity). The second component of the questionnaire deals with barriers that limit the administrative empowerment of female principals of elementary schools in the north of Riyadh City. Consisting of 13 paragraphs. The returned and statistically appropriate questionnaires were about 79 of the total sample. The most significant results of the study are as follows: Administrative empowerment of female principals of elementary schools level rated as (Average) from the perspective of schoolteachers. This result came from the dimension of principal qualifications and training capacity as the most important dimension. The dimension of personal traits came in second place. The dimension of technical aspects came in third place. The dimension of administrative skills came at last. Did not observe any statistically significant differences regard to criteria’s of (years of experience, field of teaching, management style or training acquired).There is a consensus among the members of the study sample about the barriers that limit administrative empowerment of female principals of elementary schools (Published abstract)
