The educational and teaching skills one of the main aspects of the evaluation of professional performance and having her show us the possibility of calendar indirectly for programs preparing teachers indicators and then developing the educational process in general, present study aimed to identify the degree of education teachers competences of the knowledge economy as seen by managers educators in Iraq and the sample consisted purely of (62) as director and director, was prepared a questionnaire as a tool for the study, and consisted of 64 items distributed on five areas, were verified validity and reliability, reaching the stability of the instrument as a whole coefficient (0.94), and the results indicated purely to: 1) The total average of the degree of the College of Education teachers with skills Bkivayat relevant knowledge economy from the viewpoint of Musharvohm (2.96), and the standard deviation was (0.665), and this average indicates a medium practice. 2) The order of the degree of teachers to the areas of competence came in a row: the field (communication and interaction with students, leadership and management, personal guidance and counseling professional, academic, calendar and tests, creativity, innovation, self-development / vocational, and finally the Information and Communication Technology). 3) No differences y data statistically significant due to the impact of variable qualification for the educational supervisor in its estimate of the degree of teacher practice efficiencies for knowledge-based economy. 4) The presence of significant differences, due to the variable experience in educational supervision, and in favor of the supervisors of the recent experience with estimates. 5) the existence of an interaction between variables of the study (scientific and educational qualification and experience in educational supervision), to the point of the exercise education teachers skills relevant Bkivayat knowledge-based economy, as the value of P (6.480) and the level of significance was (0.003), and in the light of the results of the study have been proposed a set of recommendations, including that concerned with sustainable professional development programs for teachers of vocational education in the seer field of information and communication technology.
