The study aimed to identify the extent to which the faculty members of Al-Majmaah University used the principles of constructivism in teaching students, in addition to recognizing the extent of the influence of specialization or sex on the use of constructivism in teaching. The sample of the study consisted of 110 faculty members in the Faculty of Education, where 27 members of the Department of Educational Sciences, and 83 members of the faculty of non-specialists in education have been chosen. This study has indicated that members of the study are often approved at the level of employing the faculty members at AlMajmaah University for the constructivism principles in teaching students at an average of 3.64 of 5.00, and that there are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.01 but less in the trends of the sample of the study about (the extent of recruitment of the faculty members at the Al-Majmaah University for structural principles in teaching students) with the variable of specialization for the educational specialties. Also it showed that members of teaching staff at Al-Majmaah University are the most in using principles of constructivism in their teaching compared to non-educational faculty members. So, according to their educational specialization, the educational members of the teaching staff are the most aware of the principles of constructivism and its effectiveness in learning, which led to enhance their use of these principles in their teaching work.
