The crisis study aims at measuring the UNRWA school principals practice degree of erisis management and its relation to the dominant organizational culture in their school Gaza governorates. To achieve the aims of the study, the researcher Nesreen Fayez Abu Hajar under the supervision of Dr. Mohammed Othman El Aghaused the descriptive analytical approach. The researcher designed two questionnaires', one for crisis management which consists of 39 paragraphs distributed on four domains: (planning to avoid crises – avoiding with crises if happened – dealing with crises after happening. Aroiding crises in future and another questionnaire about organizational culture that consists of 40 paragraphs distributed on four domains which are: (strength culture – achievement culture – systems and roles culture and humanitarian sympathy culture). The community of the study consisted of all the teachers in UNRWA in three educational areas which are Jabalia educational area, Bait Lahia and Bait Hanoun educational area and West Gaza educational area who totaled a number of (2125) in the study year 2015. The researcher chose a random strata sample with a percentage of (82.3%) of the community SPSS was used to process the data. The study shows the following results: 1) The UNRWA school principals practice degree of crisis management in Gaza governments is high and has a relative weight of (73.5%) The domain of dealing with crises before happing comes second with a relative weight of (74.9%). Then dealing with crises after they finish comes third with a relative weight of (72.9%) Lastly avoiding crises happen in future comes at the fourth place with relative weight (68.7%). 2) The dominant type of organizational culture in the three educational areas in UNRWA is the achievement culture which comes first with a relative weight of 80.2%, then comes the systems and roles culture with a relative weight of 79.8%. The humanitarian sympathy culture type comes third with a relative weight of (79.8%). The shengh culture comes last with a relative weight of (79%). 3) There are statistically significant differences between the total degree of crises management and the degrees of the sub diminutions that are attributed to gender. The differences are in the favor of female teachers. There are statistically significant differences between the total degree of crises management practice and the degrees of the sub-dimensions that are attributed to the academic qualifications (less than Bachelors', More than Master). The differences are in the favor of Bache or holders. 4) There are no statistically significant differences in the total degree of UNRWA school principals crisis management practice in both north Gaza education areas (Jabalia educational area and Bait lahia and Bait hanoun education area) and West Gaza educational area attributed to teachers service years. There are statistically significant differences in the following organizational culture types (strength culture – achievement culture – systems and roles culture, humanitarian sympathy culture) in relation to gender variable. These differences are in favor of female teachers. 5) There are statistically significant differences between the following dominant organizational types (strength culture – achievement culture – systems and roles culture) in regard to academic qualification of UNRWA teachers (a bachelor and less – a master and more). The differences are in favor of bachelor holders and less. 6) There is positive a correlation between the average of sample members estimations of UNRWA school principals crises management and their estimations of their dominant organizational culture. In the light of those findings, the study recommended the following: 1) To conduct training workshops for principals and deputies especially new appointed principals to increase their knowledge of various school crises management techniques which may inflect shoals. In addition to include organizational culture subject within the training materials. 2) To construct a central data base in each education area and a sub one in each school and connecting them with each other to document school crises and the techniques to overcome them in order to reinforce the strength organizational culture built on the precise information of all activities inside school and educational areas. 3) To conduct workshops for all the UNRWA principals about the organizational culture and its importance in managing the potential crises. In addition, to focus on every type of school principals organizational culture types. 4) To alleviate the work load assigned to teachers in order to lessen their burn out which leads to negative results on the positive organizational culture.
