The study aimed to identify the degree of Practice of female school teachers in the basic stage of education for behavior modification methods as they are stated in Sunnah and to examine the effect of study variables as (specialization-scientific qualification-the years of service" on the role of the female school teachers. In addition, it aimed to suggest the methods of developing the practice of schoolteachers in the basic stage of education for the methods of modifying their students' behavior. The researcher used analytical descriptive approach to obtain necessary data to answer study questions. The study sample was (295) female schoolteachers out of (1782) schoolteachers from Gaza governorates during the scholastic school year 2013-2014. The sample of the study was randomly chosen with (15%) form the whole number of the study population. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher prepared a questionnaire. This questionnaire consisted of (21) items. To check its validity and reliability, the questionnaire was applied on a pilot sample consisted of (30) female schoolteachers. Then, the researcher used (SPSS) program to analyze the responses of the study sample. The results of study showed the following: 1) The teacher modified children's behavior with a very high percentage (84.80%). 2) There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0 .05 ) in the mean estimates of the sample on the degree of the practice of the school teachers in the basic stage of education for children's' behavior modification methods attributed to specialization variable (humanities - Applied sciences) in favor of the school teachers who were enrolled at the Humanities stream. 3) There wee statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0 .05) in the mean estimates of the sample on the degree of the practice of the schoolteachers in the basic stage for children's' behavior modification methods attributed to scientific qualification variable (Diploma - Bachelor degree or higher) in favor of the teachers who hold diploma degree. 4) There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0 .05) in the mean estimates of the responses of the sample about the degree of the practice of the school teachers in the basic stage for children's' behavior modification methods attributed to the variable of years of service (less than 5 years ،5- 10 years ،0.10 years and over) in favor of the teachers who have been working for 10 years or more In light of the results of the study ،the researcher concluded a set of recommendations, including: 5) Communication should be occurred between the university and the different Directorates of Education to apply the results of the current study practically at schools in cooperation with the educational supervisors, teachers and school principals in order to help improve and modify students' behavior. 6) Encouraging students to save the sayings of the Prophet and lessons learnt from different situations of the Prophet's biography in order to follow him as the best example in their life. 7) To enrich Palestinian curriculum in the basic stage of education with the lessons learnt from different situations of the Prophet's biography that lead to rectify students' bad behavior.
