This study has aimed to know the treatment methods for negative behavior that teacher is applying through correcting and adjusting behaviors of secondary school students from respondents (the students) point of view, and to know the effects of study variables: Gender(male – female), Specialization (Sharai’ - Scientific – Literary), Grades (less than 75%, from 75% and less than 85%, 85% and above). The researcher has used descriptive Analytical method in consideration of study purposes consistency. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher arranged a questionnaire containing (37) items distributed on two sections: the field of oral behavior section, and the field of physical behavior section, related to how the teacher is treating the students wrong behavior, this treatment includes several methods of moral guidance for secondary school students using a method of (the ideal, the story, set an example, the conversation and discussion, the invitation and intimidation, the guiding events, the preaching, educating by events technique, the convincingness, the competition technique, educating by practice and action technique). The questionnaire was applied on random cluster sample that included (400) male and female students were involving in: Sharai’, literary, and scientific study in Khan Younis and East of Khan Younis in the scholar year 2014 - 2015. The study has shown the following results: 1) The degree of Islamic education teachers at the secondary level to address the negative behavior methods as contained in the Holy Quran from the viewpoint of their students came with relative weight of 74.8%, so it is a high degree. 2) There are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample estimates of the degree of teachers for their role in the use of methods of treatment of negative behavior differences as contained in the Koran attributed to variables (gender, specialization, the level of achievement, the school district). 3) Paragraph (1) which states that "the teacher encourages students to adhere to morality." It has ranked first with a relative weight (86.80%), which indicates the degree they got the approval of the (very high) by the sample of the study. 4) Paragraph (10) which states that "alert students to the seriousness of cheating in exams" ranked second relative weight (82.60%), which indicates the degree they got the approval of the (high) by the sample of the study. 5) Paragraph (4), which states, "deign to criticize the wrong student behavior" ranked last relative weight (64.20%), which indicates the degree they got the approval of the (medium) by the by the sample of the study. 6) The study recommended the following: A) teachers should be urged to increase and develop their role in the process of moral guidance and do their part on the manner that pleases Allah and focus on the aspects of faith in education, because it is the foundation on which the rest of aspects. B) It also recommended the preparation of plans and programs that are consistent with the Islamic religion; to instill pride and dignity in the hearts of students, and the creation of Islamic generation, because religion is a key factor in influencing the souls.
