This study aimed to build a training program to employ cloud computing applications in the development of e-educational skills among technology teachers and study the effectiveness of this program, the study problem has identified in the following main question: The effectiveness of the training program to employ cloud computing applications in the development of educational e-skills many technology teachers From the main questions there are the following sub-questions: 1) what are e- educational skills that wanted to be developed among technology teachers? 2) What is the image of training program which is stand on employing cloud computing applications for developing e-educational skills among technology teachers? 3) What is the effectiveness of the training program in developing e-educational skills among technology teachers? 4) Is training program characterized by efficiency in developing e- educational skills according to Makjeon rate? To answer questions study the hypotheses were formulated as follows: 1) There were statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) between the average grades technology teachers in e-educational and cognitive skills before and after the study application. 2) There were statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) between the average grades technology teachers in e-educational and practical skills before and after the study application. 3) The training program do not characterized by effectiveness in improving educational and cognitive skills according Mkajion rate? 4) The training program do not characterized by effectiveness in improving educational and practical skills according Mkajion rate? To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher choose a sample consist of (20) teacher of teachers of technology in west Gaza director, the independent variable (cloud computing applications) has been experienced and measured its impact on the dependent variable (e- education skills)the study was implemented during the first semester of 2013 -2014. The researcher used according to the natural of the study the constructive curriculum through building new and cognitive structure and experimental curriculum through the application of tools study on the sample, in addition the study used testing tool to measure the cognitive side and Card evaluation to evaluate teachers works and was they were applied (before and after) on the study sample. Results of the study showed the effectiveness of cloud computing applications in the development of e- educational, cognitive, applied skills, so the researcher recommends the necessity to adopt educational institutions the use of cloud computing applications in teaching and training the staff to use it.
