هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى تقدير مستوى المواطنة الرّقمية لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة فلسطين من وجهة نظرهم. الكشف عما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة التي تعزى لمتغيّر الجنس. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي/ التحليلي، وتكونت العينة من (300) طالباً وطالبة، طبِقت عليهم استبانة مكونة من (68) فقرة موزعة على (9) مجالات. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة التقدير الكلية لمستوى المواطنة الرّقمية لدى أفراد العينة من وجهة نظرهم كانت عند وزن نسبي (%71.13)، كما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين توسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة الدراسة تعزى إلى متغيّر الجنس. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إدراج المواطنة الرّقمية كمساق أساسي ضمن مساقات المتطلبات الجامعية. The research aimed at identifying the estimate of level of digital citizenship among a sample of students of Palestine University from their point of view. Revealing whether there are statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the sample members attributed to the gender variable. The study used the descriptive/analytical approach. The sample consisted of (300) male and female students, and was asked to fill in a questionnaire consisting of (68) items distributed on (9) axes. The study found that the total degree of digital citizenship level was (71.13%), the study also showed no statistically significant differences between the average of the sample's estimates due to the gender variable. The study recommended that digital citizenship should be included as a basic requirement of universities.(Published Abstract)
