The study aimed at shedding light on the reality of the use of digital networks and their role in the effectiveness of knowledge management and improving the quality of administrative decisions in the Directorate of Education for the State of Medea. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the advantages offered by knowledge management in the practice of administrative activities. The ease of data classification, the ease of archiving and retrieving files, the flexibility of transferring information and files via the internal network, and the positive reaction of decision-makers about the use of digital networks in the decision-making process. The use of digital networks gave the possibility of controlling the process of decision-making. (Published Abstract)
