The study aimed to find out the most important problems faced by novice female teachers of science in the intermediate stage and how far can experience and difference of specialization affect the severity of these problems. The researcher used descriptive analytical approach. Study population was 200 female teachers chosen in a systematic random sample. The researcher used (SPSS) for data analysis.The study found out several results, the most important of which are: The questionnaire obtained a total average of (2.44) with a grade of (rarely), and in terms of problems, the teachinglearning problems were highest (2.69), grade (sometimes) followed by classroom management with an average of (2.58), school administration is average (2.06) with a grade of (Rarely), as for the problems -in terms of paragraphs- the most important were: the large number of students in the classroom, the lack of tools or materials or educational aids, the facilities of the school does not help the teacher to make practical presentations in teaching, and lack of sufficient knowledge of administrative situations. There were statistically significant differences among the sample of the study subjects according to the variable of experience at the macro level of the three study axes, as well as in the major problems (educational learning and school administration), all in favor of whom their experience is (3 to less than 5 years). There were no statistical differences regarding classroom management. There are differences of statistical significance according to the variable of specialization at the level of the three study axes as well as in the axes of (discipline and management, school administration); while there were no significant differences; in the axis of educational learning process. In light of the results of the study, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions for prevention and reduction of problems. (Published Abstract)
