This Resarch aims to Clarifying the importance of both the administrative creativity & the leadership creativity in secondary schools.and Acknowledging the actual administrative creativity in secondary schools.Acknowledging the connective relationship between the administrative creativity & creative leadership.and Participating in studying the obstacles that limit accomplishing the administrative creativity Suggesting some suitable recommendations to help providing some solutions & overcoming some of the problems that face the leaderships & also some of the suggestions Adding a research to the educational library & expanding the leaderships knowledge in the educational system.The research presents an addition to the research about developing the creative behavior in the educational systems.
