This study seeks to achieve objectives identify the reality of the administrative practices of the directors general education schools in Riyadh also, identify the differences of statistical significance in the sample answers about directors practices to managers of general education schools in Riyadh, according to (qualification, the study phase, management experience, training courses. The study sample consisted of (40) female manager of government and private schools and include all stages. The tools of the study questionnaire on the management practices of school principals prepared by the researcher and the study data were processed using a program (SPSS) statistical. Results of the study: there is approval of the study sample that the administrative practices of school principals’ degree (sometimes) a mean (2.19) and the tops of those practices planning degree always, followed by regulation and guidance, and then follow-up and evaluation degree (sometimes). There is approval of the study sample to the school principal TH planning degree occur (always) and average (2.38 from 3), and through the and identification of goals study the current situation, and to develop plans weekly and determine decisions change and engage with school solve problems, etc. there is approval of the study sample to the school principal the regulation degree occur (sometimes), based on the overall average for (2.25 from 3) and through the distribution of tasks and responsibilities, and supervision of the admission policy and transfer students, and the provision of school climate positive, and the application of the open-door policy with the students to identify their needs, etc. There is approval of the study sample to the school principal the regulation degree occur (sometimes), based on the overall average for (2.25 from 3) and through the distribution of tasks and responsibilities, and supervision of the admission policy and transfer students, and the provision of school climate positive, and the application of the open-door policy with the students to identify their needs, etc. There is approval of the study sample to the school principal based guidance degree occur (sometimes) an average (2.08 from 3) under the direction school staff in a way educational correct and identify the needs of workers school and consult with them in achieving the desired objectives and appropriate guidance in the implementation of planned activities her etc. There is approval of the study sample to the school principal the exercise of follow up and evaluation occurs (sometimes) and the average of (2.05 from 3) and through the follow-up implementation of plans daily for workers school and school activities and evaluate the parameters according to specific criteria and follow the academic achievement of the students. Etc. The study showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the answers of the respondents on administrative roles and that depending on the qualification.
