هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى الصحة التنظيمية في المدارس الثانوية وعلاقتها بالاستغراق الوظيفي لدى المعلمين في دولة الكويت، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وتكونت من (410) معلماً ومعلمة في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الكويت، توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: أن مستوى الصحة التنظيمية في المدارس الثانوية بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاء متوسطاً، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمستوى الصحة التنظيمية في المدارس الثانوية بدولة الكويت تعزى لأثر الجنس في جميع المجالات، باستثناء مجالي التأكيد التربوي وتأثير مدير المدرسة حيث وجدت فروق وجاءت الفروق لصالح المعلمين الذكور، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمستوى الصحة التنظيمية في المدارس الثانوية بدولة الكويت تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمستوى الصحة التنظيمية في المدارس الثانوية بدولة الكويت تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة. ما عدا مجلات التكامل المؤسسي والمبادرة بالعمل والدعم بالموارد حيث لم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية. The study aimed to identify the level of organizational health in secondary schools and its relation to Job Engagement among Teachers in the State of Kuwait. The descriptive approach was used by developing a questionnaire based on previous studies. A sample was chosen randomly. It consisted of (410) teachers in schools. The results of the study showed that the level of organizational health in the secondary schools in Kuwait from the point of view of the teachers was medium, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences towards the level of regulatory health in the second schools. The study found that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of organizational health in the secondary schools in Kuwait due to the impact of the academic qualifications. The study also found that there are statistically significant differences in the level of regulatory health in secondary schools in Kuwait due to the impact of years of experience. Except for the areas of institutional integration, work-based support and resource support, where there were no statistically significant differences. The results showed that the level of job engagement among Teachers in secondary schools in the State of Kuwait from their point of view came to a medium level and reached there are no statistically significant differences in the perceptions of the study sample members towards the level of employment of teachers in secondary schools in the State of Kuwait due to the effect of gender variables and experience, and the results showed a positive correlation between organizational health and Job Engagement. Based on the findings of the study, the researcher recommends providing support and motivation to managers to support organizational health in their schools, and conducting training courses for schoolteachers and managers to enhance the importance of the concept of organizational health.
