The study aimed to identify the degree of assessment of the pioneer, s program of Saudi youth according to the (CIRO) in Dr. Nasser Al- Rashid, s chair at Hail University from the trainees view point themselves, and to know the most important knowledge and skills gained by the trainees from the training programs. It also aimed to know the level of quality and efficiency of the training programs, the study consisted of a sample of (79) trainees chosen in tentionally. To achieve the aims of the study, a questionnaire consisted of (32) clause and (3) open questions were developed and distributed, and a descriptive - analytical approach was adopted. The results of the study showed: that the averages of the trainees responses were high in general reaching (4.14) and according to the statistical levels that were followed the trainers got the highest average (4.50), and the training area got an average of (4.14), the Organization committee got (3.94). And finally, the environment of the training area got (3.28). Moreover, the study concluded that there were no significant statistical differences at the level of (α = 0.05) in the assessment of the degree of the activity of the program according to the gender in all areas Finally the study some suggestions were recommended by the trainees.
