The study aims to identify the degree of academic leaders' strengthening of intellectual security in the private universities in the capital Amman and its relation to the degree of availability of job security from the point of view of the faculty members and differences of views according to gender, college, academic and years of experience. The study sample has consisted of 262 faculty members. Two data collection tools have been used to measure the degree of enhancement of intellectual security and to measure the degree of job security and they have been confirmed its sincerity and stability The study has reached the following results: 1) The promotion of academic leaders for intellectual security and the availability of job security in private universities in the capital Amman has been high from the point of view of faculty members - The existence of a positive correlational relationship of statistical significance at the level of (α≤0.01) between the total degree of identification of the intellectual security and the overall degree of job security. 2) There are statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤ 0.05) in the degrees of strengthening academic leaders of intellectual security and the availability of job security due to gender and college variables, and for females and humanitarian colleges, respectively. 3) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤0.05) in the promotion of academic leaders in the field of intellectual security and the availability of job security from the point of view of faculty members due to the variables of the academic rank and the number of years of experience.
