The present study aimed to identify the level of knowledge required for teachers with special needs, and activities based on the pictures geehan exchange, as well as to identify the methods of the Moment cognitive level for teachers with special needs, This study was conducted in the academic year 1437 - 1438, this study is linked to the primary stage of governmental programs to provide special education services in the Riyadh area, and limited to the teachers with special needs, the study on the use of semi-empirical approach based on tribal design pilot and another officer , In order to facilitate the procedures for the application of the current study tribal designed experimental dimensions below and another officer, in which the first group received an experimental treatment program based on the knowledge for teachers with special needs for activities based on the exchange of photos geehan, while the second group has not received (officer) any of processors. The total sample (56) a milestone disabled guests in the primary stage of dawadmi , Afif, Almzahmeia ,Alquwaia, and almajmaah governorates, and Shaqraa 11 school for boys have been divided equally to the two groups with (28) teachers pilot group and (28) was a milestone for the group officer. The results emerged emphasizes the importance of training on the necessary strategies for teachers with special needs in the primary stage, it helped him to progress and professional growth of its abilities, which is the axis of the development of the educational work, through placed various training programs provided by the relevant authorities, and confirmed that there is a positive relationship between teacher training and delivery of the talented student.
