This study objectives to identify the practice of administrative empowerment in schools of public education in the city of Hafr Al-Batin in the spot of the following dimensions of empowerment: participation in decision-making, delegation of authority, personal development, motivation, development of creative behavior and to identify obstacles to the empowerment of administrators of public education schools in the city of Hafr Al-Batin in the spot of the dimensions of empowerment .and to identify statistically significant differences between the study sample on the reality of the administrative empowerment among administrators of public education schools in the city of Hafr Al-Batin in the spot of the dimensions of empowerment, which is attributable to (experience, qualification, training courses). Methodology: to achieve these objectives, the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool of the study; also she used the" descriptive survey method". The community of the study was chosen to be all administrators of public education schools in the Hafr al-Batin, they are 132 administrator distributed as following: 70 administrators of the elementary school, 36 administrators of intermediate school, and 26 administrators of the secondary school. Findings: the third dimension: the development of professional and management performance: The results showed no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 or less in the trends of study on the dimensions of empowerment (participation in decision-making, delegation of authority, and development of performance management, motivation and the development of creative behavior) according to qualification variable. While the results revealed statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level or less in trends in the study on the first and second axis (the reality of administrative empowerment of administrators of schools of public education in the city of Hafr Al-Batin, obstacles administrative empowerment of administrators of schools of public education in the city of Hafr Al-Batin in the spot of the dimensions of empowerment) according to qualification variable. The test showed differences for administrators of schools with higher qualification diploma. The results of the study showed no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 or less in the trends of the study about the axes and the dimensions of the study (participation in decision-making, delegation of authority, the development of performance management, motivation, development of creative behavior) (the reality of administrative empowerment of administrators of schools of public education in the city of Hafr Al-Batin, obstacles administrative empowerment of administrators of schools of public education in the city of Hafr Al-Batin in the spot of the dimensions of empowerment) according to the variable of practical experience, training courses. (Published Abstract)
