The study aimed to identify: immediate training needs for teachers of mathematics in primary school in Riyadh. And Study the impact of some variables (Degree, Educational qualification, Academic specialization, experience) to identify the training needs for teachers of mathematics in primary school in Riyadh. Methodology: The researcher used the descriptive method to identify training needs for teachers of mathematics in primary school, located in the West of Riyadh City. The study sample includes all teachers of mathematics in the upper stage (fourth, fifth and sixth grade) of the primary school in public schools in Riyadh during the first semester of the academic year 1432/1433H. Main Results: That the teacher needs are not the academic content is taught different materials in university or college to cover all the contents of the school in details, but teacher requires training means, methods to deliver that information to the student, needs to know more about planning, classroom management and organization in order to be effective in organizing classroom environment to make a positive impact on the character of students. 1) That mathematics teachers need training on different instructional that teacher hears and sees some of the means used in other materials is not known how to use them in the teaching of mathematics. 2) The study results show that there are statistical differences are attributable to a variable of years of service in the areas (classroom management, organization, teaching methods, the evaluating in mathematics, and the rule of scientific knowledge -mathematics). 3) The study showed that there are no statistical differences are attributable to evaluating a variable years of experience in the field (planning for education, Educational methods in the field of mathematics). 4) The study showed that there is a statistical differences resulting from the interaction between the variables of academic qualification and the years of experience in the 5) Field of (planning for Education, Classroom management and organization, teaching methods, the Evaluation in mathematics, Cognitive side in the subject). Recommendations: 6) Based upon the study results, which was achieved, the researcher puts upon those interested in education, led by the Ministry of Education and its staff who reached the following recommendations to be useful when building training programs and training courses for in-service for teachers. 1) Review all in all programs and training courses held for teachers so that courses and programs emanating from the actual training needs of teachers and revealed by this study. 2) A review of this same study on different samples in all parts of the country and applied to all stages of study and to take other variables with concern. 3) Building a training program from a pop-up training needs of teachers. 4) Hold a Specialized training sessions for teachers of mathematics in all fields of study.
