The study aimed to identify the reality of the practice of school leaders in decision-making methods in school crisis management, and to explore the effect of some variables on the principals' assessment of the method used in making decisions during school crises and how to improve the efficiency of school principals to make appropriate decisions in school crisis management , and the study used the descriptive approach, and the study community of all principals of public schools in the schools of the department of education in Yanbu, and to achieve the objectives of the study used the questionnaire to collect data, and conducted tests of honesty and stability, analysis of data using the SPSS program, the most important results of the study showed that the reality of the practice of school leaders in decision-making methods in the management of school crises came largely, and that they practice the traditional methods when making decisions in the management of school crises by 50%. There are no statistically significant differences between school leaders the level of their practice of decision-making in the face of school crises is attributable to the variables: school specialization, school management experience, and school stage, and that the methods of developing the efficiency of school leaders to make appropriate decisions for school crisis management its strongly agree. In the light of the findings of the study, a number of recommendations and suggestions were presented to school principals, school administrators, education departments and some future studies.
