This Research aims to identify the Effect Microteaching Strategy in the Integrated Science Processes and Microteaching Skills for Students from the Fourth stage in the College Education, to investigate of the tow aims of Research tow zero hypothesis have been manipulated, They are: 1) There is no significal difference in the statistical criteria 0.05 among the arithmetic average of Experimental group students Who have been taught in the Microteaching Strategy and that of the control group students Who have been taught in the Traditional method in testing the Integrated Science Processes. 2) There is no significal difference in the statistical criteria 0.05 among the arithmetic average of Experimental group students Who have been taught in the Microteaching Strategy and that of the control group students Who have been taught in the Traditional method in testing the Microteaching Skills". This Research has been determined with 23 Students from the Fourth stage in the College Education Alqadisia University the number of experimental group 10 students and the number of control group 10 students the equipollence of the two groups by many alternatives. They are (Age in Months, Test the Integrated Science Processes, Test the Microteaching Skills), it has been confirmed that is no significant value between the two groups, The Researcher has taught the two groups himself. He has built two Research tools, The Test Integrated Science Processes, It has been determined with 25 Articles, and The Test the Microteaching Skills, It has been determined with 24 Articles the validity and stability and the Psychometric Characteristics for the two tests. According to the above results, the researcher has got the following results: 1) There is occurring difference identity significant level between the arithmetic average for the experimental group which have been taught in the Microteaching Strategy and the arithmetic average for the control group which have been taught in the Traditional method in diagnosis test of Integrated Science Processes for the experimental group. 2) There is occurring difference identity significant level between the arithmetic average for the experimental group which have been taught in the Microteaching Strategy and the arithmetic average for the control group which have been taught in the Traditional method in the test of Microteaching Skills for the experimental group.
