The study aims to determine the level of reading Teachers performance in Primary stage in the light of Verbal communication skills through: Identifying Verbal Communication skills of Reading Techers of primary stage in general. Identifying connotation of difference of verbal communication skills according to the seven fields. Identifying the level of the skills according to the seven fields. To achieve the research goals the researcher has prepared an observation Form which consists of 44 item in its Final Form , distributed on seven Fields ,The researcher has verified its apparent validity through exposing it to a' number of experts and specialists of Language curriculum and its methods of teaching , and also verified its stability through the use of (Copper) equation between the researcher and herself and the researcher and another observer The stability coefficient reached to 0.91 Which is a good one . The Society of this research consist of all reading Teachers in primary schools in the city centre of AlKut of the study year 2016-2017.They are 808 female and male teachers. 218 male teachers and 590 male teachers distributed on 226 school. 10% of the original society, which is 808 teachers, has been chosen as a research sample. This ratio get along with what has been confirmed by specialists in assessment and evaluation .So the sample consists of 81 female and male teachers: 22 male teachers and 59 female ones. And when the research tool became ready the researcher has applied the observation form on the research sample. After finishing the application and emptying data ,the researcher has used the statistical bay (SPSS) .And the results of the research are: Reading teachers verbal communication skill are generally weak There is no statistical significance among verbal communication skill as the probable value of (p) was 0.548, and when the probable value of (p) is higher than the significance level (0.05) this means it is not significance Only one of the seven fields has been achieved ,which is the third field ,which was with likely average 2.014 and centenary weight (%67.13). (Published abstract)
