The study aimed to build scale by contemporary professional Criteria which is necessary for teachers of physical education at the University of Soran and determining the availability of contemporary professional standards to teachers of physical education at the University of Soran and identify the effect of temporal experience in the availability of professional Criteria to teachers of physical education. The researcher use the descriptive and analytical method which is suitability nature of the research، and the research sample represented of teachers of physical education at the University of Soran's 40 teachers were divided into four categories according to the time teaching experience. The search tool has been building scale contemporary professional standards the researcher care of to provide scientific bases for the tool and be the final measure of (33) items distributed among ten primary criteria and after the completion of building the tool was applied to the sample search، and using statistical methods (t-test The test analysis of variance a unidirectional (research found to conclusions to: 1) High degree of the main criteria (analyzes teacher learning environment components and employs these components during teaching - The teacher creative roles during teachingenriches the teacher studied clever ways and active- teacher uses modern teaching entrances in his lesson - Ethics should be available in teacher of physical education)) to teachers of Physical Education for criterion premise. 2) low degree of the main criteria (the teacher is interested in teaching the creative activities during his lesson - teacher interacts with students as they studied a variety of forms and active – the teacher is keen on continuity of teacher professional growth throughout the year) at the teacher of physical education sports for the creative premise. 3) The availability of professional standards is not affected of time expertise possessed by teachers of physical education at the University of Soran. 4) The study recommended. 5) To the need to training teachers of Physical Education on professional standards، so they can view on all that is new in the field of teaching science and various sports events.
