The study aimed to identify the impact of the use of embedding method (containment) to learn the three basic skills of throwing the weight (skill-piste, the balance of skill, the skill of throwing). As well as to identify the best method to learn the performance skills of some of the basic skills of the effectiveness of throw weight either research hypotheses were the presence of statistically significant differences between the tests before and after the two sets of search experimental and control groups in learning three skills basically throwing the weight using the method of embedding (containment) and the researcher used the experimental method with pre and post tests. The research sample included students on the first phase of the Department of Physical Education / College of Basic Education - Mustansiriya University for the first semester of the academic year 2013 - 2014 m.
