The main research purpose was mobilizing additional financial resources to satisfy the requirements of international rankings of universities. Therefore, the current research sought to diagnose Egyptian universities rankings in the international universities. It concluded that the Egyptian Universities came very late in the international rank results for different reasons, most of which are concerned with the weak criteria application and the adopted indicators of this rankings, in addition to unavailability of the basic requirements needed to occupy the suitable position in the lists of this rankings. The research, Then, identified a set of requirements that should be available to satisfy the previously mentioned requirements, namely: Pre_ requisites: developing the infra-structure, enhancing academic courses and programs, developing professional developments programs of staff-members, promoting university administration, elevating university education finance. and the related requirements to the international universities rankings; i.e. developing research performance, improving the international publication, encouraging globalizing university education, enhancing digital structure, improving web-cites, refining the academic university reputation, Supporting the university competitiveness, developing quality assurance of education, and attracting the overseas Egyptian scientists. The research revealed the importance of financing in providing the requirements of the international universities rankings. It diagnosed the actual university education finance in relation to these requirements. The research, then, suggested a number of additional finance resources that can be mobilized to fulfill the international universities rankings; i.e., self-finance, societal participation resources, government expense reduction, fighting corruption in the field of university education expenses.
