We are witnessing today a new era holds its own challenges posed by a set of transformations and changes the global, regional and local, it is important for universities to keep pace with to society movement and conduct change, which fits with the new changes as expected of universities to be the leader of the processes of social change and cultural communities have the incubator. The problem of current research focuses on determining the role that could be played by universities to promote women's participation in development through "telework", and it requires to answer the following questions: What is meant by "telework"? What the most important justifications that lead us to take care of it? What are its most important requirements? what are the expected roles of universities in promoting community participation of women from the viewpoint of national development plans? What suggestions can be provided by faculty members to activate the role of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University in promoting community participation of women through "telework"? And to what extent the results of the study are consistent with the educational philosophy of the University of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz and its Strategic Plan? (Published Abstract)
