The importance of communication between management and the Ministry of Education and educational departments in Kuwait is reflected in the fact clearly affects the educational work of the Department with respect to their performance and achieve their goals as well as the performance of work within the educational departments and outside and between education departments and the Ministry of Education. And education departments to coordinate the source of the educational process between the Ministry of Education and schools in order to achieve the objectives of the educational process, as educational management play an important role in the development of the educational process in schools.
