This research aimed to develop the biology curriculums of the three years in light of the dimensions of citizenship for developing some values and skills of the students. The researcher prepared a checklist of the dimensions of citizenship related to the biology curriculum and to use it in evaluating the biology curriculums of the three years of this stage to explore how far they entail the dimensions of citizenship. The research found out that the related curricula do not entail the dimensions of citizenship. Accordingly, the researcher developed the curriculum in light of the conclusions of the analysis and applied five chapters of the developed curriculum to the first - year - secondary students. The results showed the effectiveness of the developed curriculum in developing some of the values and skills for the students. (Published Abstract)
