This study has aimed to evaluate the special education bachelor program in Majamah university from the viewpoint of faculty members, in order to recognize the extent of faculty members’ evaluation for special education bachelor program in Majamah university, and to know areas of strength and weakness in it, and if there are statistically significant differences according to the factors of gender and experience in evaluating the special education bachelor program in Majamah university. The sample of the study consisted of 20 faculty members of both genders. A questionnaire for the evaluation has been made by the two researchers and has been distributed among the faculty members after limiting the main components and dimensions of the instrument. The questionnaire consisted of 7 main dimensions that have include56 sub-indicators. The main dimensions of the instrument have been represented in efficiencies of basic knowledge in special education, measurement and evaluation, education planning, implementing teaching content and practice it, the use of technology, means, equipment and tools, practicing the ethics of the profession, and collaboration and communication. The instrument validity co-efficient and the reliability co-efficient have been calculated and accepted. The results of the study indicate that the average of evaluation of the program was (4.10) with a high degree, and the degrees of the sub-dimensions for the used measurement were all high. There are also no significant differences in the degrees of evaluation of the special education’s faculty members that may be attributed to gender or experience. The study has recommended the necessity of adopting the global indicators and criteria of quality while planning programs to prepare and train teachers of special education, to assess the program and its inputs and outputs continuously, periodically to keep up with the rapid changes in the programs of teacher’ preparation and also to conduct more studies and research on such kinds of program evaluation.
