The current study aimed to try to benefit from the Malaysian experience in the development of Egyptian corporate universities. Thus, the study problem was identified in an attempt to answer the following key question: how can we develop the Egyptian corporate universities by taking advantage of the Malaysian experience in this area, and in line with the conditions of the Egyptian society. The current study was limited to dealing with the corporate universities in both Egypt and Malaysia. The researcher used the comparative approach, which is the most suitable methods used, and the most significant on comparative education, and most comprehensive subsidiary of the curriculum, as he is the right approach to such a study. The study found a set of results, including: 1) most of the institutions of higher education owned by the Egyptian companies seeking for profit more than its seeking for the development of educational, training and research operations, in addition to the almost full separation of the business strategy of mother economic companies which created. 2) The corporate universities in Egypt and Malaysia were similar in its visions in terms of future ambition and clarity, and its focus on combining education and training together. 3) The corporate universities in Egypt and Malaysia were similar in terms of its missions included each university, including - explicitly or implicitly - their interest to conduct various researches in the field of interest of the mother company. 4) The mission of Petronas University in Malaysia differed with the mission the other corporate universities in Egypt and Malaysia in terms of their focus on enhancing the competitiveness of the country. 5) The corporate universities in Egypt and Malaysia were similar in terms of adopting certain common goals, such as: community service and develop and solve problems through training programs and continuing education and counseling field. 6) The corporate universities in Egypt and Malaysia were similar in terms of requiring accepting student from inside or outside the country having the certificate of secondary education or equivalent certificates, and personal interviews with them. 7) The corporate universities in Egypt and Malaysia were similar in terms of the Malaysian one interest in the national language (Bahasa), while Egyptian universities do not require student to pass a certain level in the national language (Arabic language). 8) the corporate universities in Egypt and Malaysia were similar in terms of its commitment to provide a variety of training programs fit in with the parent company's needs and areas of work and the needs of the labor market, and diversify of the methods used in teaching, and provide all the services and university facilities geared to serve the student. 9) Most of the majors in the Egyptian corporate universities atypical and conventional, as most of them are available at the Egyptian public universities. 10) The corporate universities in Egypt and Malaysia were differed in terms of management style followed in each of them; where the Egyptian universities managed centralized. But, in Malaysia corporate universities tend - strongly - towards a decentralized style of management. The study resulted in the formulation of some recommendations that can help corporate universities in Egypt to develop its educational and managerial system, and have clear and positive relationships with the labor market and contribute to the development of the Egyptian higher education system both public and private, away from the only attention of the profit aspect.
