This research aims to examine the reasons of choosing foreign education schools among parents to their children in Omdurman locality, a basic qualitative interview was used to discover and understand the perspectives of the participants of choosing foreign education schools versus public education. The study is investigating the priorities, future and the benefit that are characterized with foreign schools as compared to the other schools. This research was conducted in the academic year (2016 - 2017) on convenience sample of parents of Kibeida international schools. Data was collected through personal oral and written interview aimed at answering the research questions that explain the reasons for choosing foreign education. Several themes emerged from the interviews with the participants that summarized their views on the choice depending on: the main goal of this school which is English language is basic language in teaching the entire subjects. In addition to the factor of the environment and quality education. Educational services are main factor that affect the parent’s choice, by offering all the educational services that the student need at school. Expansion of foreign education schools and the good reputation for these schools come from the satisfactory of among parents from the educational services that provided by these type of schools. Parents choose foreign education schools for their children because of the lack and mess of the above factors in the other schools give the foreign schools the priority in their choice.
