This study aimed at identifying Personal, Family, and School related Factors Influencing School Violence at secondary schools in Kura district in Irbid from students’ perspectives. The study also aimed at suggesting solutions to this problem. The sample of the study consisted of 157 male students from the first secondary grade and the second secondary grade in Kura district’s schools. A 49-itme questionnaire was used in this study. The questionnaire included two parts: factors that might stand behind this issue as well as solutions that might be followed to fight this phenomenon. Results of the study showed that violence at schools is mainly attributed to factors related to the family, then to the students and finally to the school. The students suggested firmly punishing students who cause violence, designing entertaining activities, supporting religious values, and rejecting racism and tribal loyalty. The researchers recommend implementing the students’ suggestions to combat this phenomenon and create a secure educational atmosphere. (Published Abstract)
