The present study aimed to propose a strategy of teaching based on the applications of life skills to integrate the teaching of science and mathematics, and verify the impact of this strategy in the development of the achievement of the primary school students in Saudi Arabia. To achieve the objective of this study a strategy was proposed for the integration which was referred to with the short code "POWER”. The findings of the current study indicate that the presence of a statistically significant difference (at a level of significance 0.01) between the scores of the experimental group that studied according to the proposed strategy and the control group, who studied in the traditional way in the post application of the achievement test in units of sound and light (Science) in favor of the experimental group. It also found a statistically significant difference (at a level of significance 0.01) between the scores of the experimental group that studied according to the proposed strategy and the control group, who studied in the traditional way in the post application of the achievement test in the unit perimeter, area and volume (mathematics) in favor of the experimental group, and the value of the size of the effect in terms of η2 for teams signifier in the collection of Science (0.44), while the value of the size of the effect in terms of η2 for teams signifier in the collection of Mathematics (0.49); which means that the magnitude of the impact of the strategy proposed in the present study was to integrate the teaching of science and mathematics-based applications life great in bringing dal difference statistically between the experimental group and the control group in favor of the experimental group in the collection of science and mathematics.
