The current research aims to know the nature of the relationship between research Efficacy of the educational counselor and its relationship to social interaction and social maturity variables, and the extent of the contribution of the variables (social interaction, and social maturity) in total contrast to the variable (Efficacy of the guide. The research sample consisted of 260 counselors from education Baghdad (Karkh and Rusafa), has been applied three measures of search, and using Pearson correlation coefficient and test samples t t-test and multiple regression analysis, showed the search results: The presence of relational statistically significant positive relationship between (Efficacy of a Counselor) and all of the (social interaction) and (social maturity) Contribute to (social maturity) and (social interaction) b (42.4%) of the total variation in the variable (Efficacy of counselor).
