The present study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a counseling program in a positive social perception between the ordinary and with mental impairments Statistics in chapters merger child development, sample consisted of 80 children of ordinary people with mental impairments Statistics in chapters merger, between the ages of (9- 12) years been split them into four groups: the initial experimental group (a) (10 boys - 10 females) ordinary children and the second officer (a) (10 boys - 10 females) ordinary children, a third experimental group (b) (10 boys – 10 females) children of the mentally disabled, a fourth officer (b) includes (10 boys - 10 females) disabled children mentally, the study consisted tools of social perception positive questionnaire (prepared by the researcher) and indicative Programme (prepared by the researcher), and the results showed the effectiveness of the counseling program in social perception positive I development children with mental impairments in classes Statistics merger.
