This study aimed to identify the effective strategy of optimisme in the développement of optimisme In a sample of students fourth year average . a third year secondary pupils. and Students are allocated a third year Education Technology City of saida. Formed experimental sample Of the 36 pupils from medium. 44 pupils from the secondary school.and 22a student of the University. Those who have low in the level of optimisme according to the results of the measure of optimisme .The results after using the test "T" and variance analysis the existence of differences of statistical significance in all experimental samples. At all levels of education in dimensional measurement. There are no différences between males and females In the implémentation of the strategy the sample stage medium in dimensional measurement.
