هدفت الدراسة التعرّف على درجة تقدير مديري المدارس الثانوية بفلسطين لمستوى التمكين الإداري والسلوك الإبداعي لديهم؛ والكشف عما إذا كانت هناك فروق بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لمستوى التمكين الإداري والسلوك الإبداعي لديهم، والتأكد من وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين درجة تقدير أفراد العينة لمستوى السلوك الإداري ودرجة تقديرهم لمستوى السلوك الإبداعي لديهم، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مع الاستعانة بمقياسين لقياس مستوى كل من التمكين الإداري والسلوك الإبداعي لدى هؤلاء المديرين، وطبقت على جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم 152 مديراً ومديرة، وكان من أهم النتائج التي أسفرت عنها الدراسة أن استجابة عينة الدراسة على مقياس التمكين الإداري جاءت بنسبة مئوية 60.5%، وهي نسبة متوسطة، في حين بلغت استجابتهم على مقياس السلوك الإبداعي نسبة مئوية 70.9%، وهي درجة كبيرة، كذلك كشفت عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين درجة تقديرهم لمستوى التمكين الإداري ودرجة تقديرهم لمستوى السلوك الإبداعي لديهم. The study aims at identifying the degree of estimation of secondary school headmasters in Palestine to the level of administrative empowerment and creative behavior that they have. It also aims to reveal whether there were differences between the mean scores estimations of the sample to the level of administrative empowerment and creative behavior, and to make sure that there was a correlation between the degree of estimation of the respondents to the level of administrative empowerment and the degree of appreciation for the level of creative behavior they possess. The study utilized the descriptive analytical method and some measures to measure each level of the administrative empowerment and creative conduct of these principals. The study was applied to the whole population of the study which totaled 152 male and female principals. The most important results of the study revealed the sample who were in response to the administrative empowerment measure reached 60.5%, which is quite acceptable rate while the response on the scale of creative behavior percentage came as 70.9%. Moreover the study revealed that there is a positive correlation between the degree of estimation for the level of administrative empowerment and degree of appreciations for the level of creative behavior they have.
