This study was conducted in the city of Baquba, and aim of this study was to investigate the reasons for neglecting students sixth preparatory answer questions from Arabic grammar from the perspective of teachers, and includes research community all teachers in junior high school located in the city of Baquba,'s (160) teacher and school by (70) School and (90) (a teacher, and used researcher resolution Open: were asked open to a sample of male and female teachers reached (16) a teacher and a school. As a result of this survey to get a plethora of reasons that have been counted and keep at a clear and important of them and also used questionnaire closed: it was built to identify closed consisting of (15) paragraph concerning teachers based on answers resolution open, and used researcher means the following statistical formula Ca 2 to calculate stability, and the degree of sharpness, and through the results possible reached to get out of the conclusions of the most important: That there was an agreement between male and female teachers that there was a lack of Arabic grammar suffered by students and this weakness is due to the causes and factors. The factors that have served teachers and teachers are: They see that the lack of teaching aids appropriate material led to the low level of students Kills preoccupation means entertainment and distraction mind students and poor motivation to continue the study as well as insufficient classes scheduled to complete the curriculum as well as the difficulty of material compared to the ages of the students and other reasons that led to the low level students and there are several recommendations are the responsibility primarily on male and female teachers, the researcher recommends the following: 1) diversity of teaching methods and to ensure the feasibility of each method through the opinion of teachers and the results of the tests effects of puppies. 2) Make assistance for students who suffer from particular difficulties in understanding the material. 3) Confirm that the questions within the subjects and not from outside. 4) Provide educational and psychological atmosphere conducive for students to attend constantly and study. 5) Respect the efforts of students through their daily and scientific contributions, not just at monthly examinations only. 6) Open training courses for teachers and teachers of on modern teaching methods, and tactics.
