The research aims to measure the effectiveness of the activities in the development of awareness of the concepts of citizenship , and the Attitude toward it and the sample consisted of 32 students from the student teachers in the Division of Social Studies in the academic year 2013 second semester , and the researcher prepared extra-curricular activities entitled (My Citizenship is an Awareness Followed by Behavior) and used experimental method per sample , were applied research tools before and after the experiment on the experimental sample , the researcher prepared research tools , a measure of awareness , and a measure of Attitude, and the study found the following results: 1. There are statistically differences of students of the sample got in citizenship concepts exam before and after applying such experiment that showed higher average scores after applying it. 2. There are statistically differences of students of the sample got in the measurement of Attitude towards citizenship exam before and after applying the experiment for the benefit of post application. And the researcher recommended the inclusion of descriptive and national activities that promote citizenship and loyalty for each course of study within a private university courses studied by students.
