This study aims to identify the positive reasons of the importance of attention to education for innovation in contemporary reality. To identify the most important challenges facing the Arab school and hinder innovation and practices and then identify the most important ways to meet these challenges. To achieve these goals, study has hired descriptive and analytical approach (documentary), which is based on the analytical description of the perspective of philosophical and social literatures and divergent views for the diagnosis of the most important challenges facing the development of creativity in the Arab school and determine the social roots leading up to these challenges, and to move towards identifying ways to meet these challenges, The study is consisted of the entrance and two topics. The first topic discusses the most important challenges facing the school, which was the prevailing challenges of culture and thought in the community and on the student , the teacher , the school curriculum and school management level, The second topic is addressed to identify ways to meet the challenges of innovation in the school within the framework starts from the society and its institutions and various social variables and then the family then followed the school level in the dimensions of the student , the teacher , the curriculum and the school administration and activity, Based on the findings of his study of the results in terms of identifying challenges and ways of confrontation, the study recommends a set of recommendations, including: Considering creative education an issue of the existence, and the need to provide the intellectual and material necessary ingredients to it, and activating community partnerships between educational institutions and all other institutions of society to integrate and coordinate efforts in this aspect, Paying attention to family education and the emphasis on building creative values and the construction of the driving environment for the realization of thought and build and strengthen a culture of questioning and reflection, and interest in the school curriculum and redrafting of the premises embraces creativity, Paying attention to teachers through professional development programs and continuing education-oriented training on the creative practices in teaching and build a favorable environment on the creative processes in the classroom or during extra-curricular activities as well as activating the school activities supporting creative thinking and activation of systemic activity groups and extracurricular school theater and arts at various forms, and emphasis on creative management practices within the school and the creation of administrative staff which is able to build a supportive school environment for creativity.
