هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع نظام الانتساب في كليتي التربية: الأقسام الأدبية وإعداد المعلمات في المرحلة الابتدائية بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن في المملكة العربية السعودية، إضافة إلى التعرف على أسباب تسرّب الطالبات من نظام الانتساب، وتحديد الصعوبات التي تواجههن، والتعّرف على أسباب تلك الصعوبات ومستويات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة إزاءها. ثم التوصل إلى مقترحات تحسين جودة نظام الانتساب من وجهة نظر المنتسبات. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي (المسحي)، وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة من 157 طالبة منتسبة، واستُخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة وصممت وفق ثلاثة محاور هي كما يلي: أسباب الالتحاق بنظام الانتساب، والصعوبات التي تواجه طالبات الانتساب، ومقترحات تحسين نظام الانتساب من وجهة نظر المنتسبات. أهم نتائج الدراسة: توصلت الباحثتان إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: أن هناك فرقا كبيرا بين عدد المسجّلات في بداية السنة الدراسية وعدد الناجحات، الأمر الذي يشير إلى وجود هدر تربوي كبير، والعوامل التي تجبر الطالبة للالتحاق بنظام الانتساب هي في الدرجة الأولى الظروف الأسرية بنسبة 47.1%، ويليها عدم توافر الدارسة الجامعية بالمنطقة بنسبة 46.5%. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن بعض التخصصات الأكاديمية مثل الدراسات الإسلامية والجغرافيا يمكن للطالبة المنتسبة أن تتابع وتكمل الدراسة فيها، أما التخصصات التي تتطلب مهارات محددة مثل المهارة اللغوية في اللغة الإنجليزية يصعب على الطالبة تحقيق النجاح بها، واشتكت نسبة 84.1% من أفراد العينة غياب الوسائل المساندة والمساعدة على فهم المقرر. كما أشارت نسبة 77.7% من العينة إلى أن هناك فجوة بينهن وبين أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية حيث يندر اجتماعهم وتواصلهم بهم، ووافقت نسبة 79.6% على أن المقرر الدراسي كثيف، كما لا يتم تحديد محتواه بصورة دقيقة، وأكدت نسبة 75.2% غياب الدورات التعريفية بنظام الانتساب، وأجمعت نسبة 85.4% على أنهنّ لا يواجهن صعوبة مع المصحّح الإلكتروني. This study aimed to determine the condition of system affiliation in the faculties of education departments of literary and set parameters, primary school at the University of Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman, as well as to identify the causes of female student dropout from the system of affiliation, and identify the difficulties faced by students join the faculties of education departments of literary and set parameters, the primary level, and to identify any statistically significant differences between responses by the subjects about the difficulties they faced attributed to the following variables: the College, and the band of study. And reaching proposals to improve the quality of the affiliation system from the standpoint of leading commercial banks, which enables to determine the system requirements to improve the quality of education faculties of association sections literary and set parameters, primary school at the University of Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman, Saudi Arabia. The study followed a descriptive approach (survey), amounting to the study sample 157 Student Associate and used the questionnaire as a tool for the study and designed according to three axes are as follows: the reasons for join, join, and the difficulties facing the students association and proposals for improving the system of affiliation from the standpoint of leading commercial banks. The most important results of the study: found a much more extreme set of results, including the following: that there is a big difference between the number enrolled at the beginning of the school year and the number of successful, this would indicate a waste of educational large, and the factors that force the student to join the system association focused on family circumstances by 47.1%, followed by lack of undergraduate study by the region 46.5%. The study also found that some academic disciplines such as Islamic studies and geography, can the student affiliates to complete specialization, the disciplines that require specific skills such as language proficiency in the English language can not the student to achieve success, and complained that the proportion 84.1% of respondents lack the means support and assistance to understand the decision. Also noted 77.7% of the respondents said there is a gap between them and a member of the teaching staff where there is little meeting and communicate with them, and agreed proportion 79.6% that the course is heavy, and does not determine its content accurate, and stressed the proportion 75.2% the absence of courses tariff system affiliation, and unanimously by members of the sample 85.4% on that they did not have difficulty with the debugger-mail.
