إستهدفت الدراسة تعرف اتجاه طلبة التعليم العالي بدولة الكويت نحو كل من الغش الدراسي والغش الأخلاقي والغش الاجتماعي والغش التجاري، والوقوف على نوع العلاقة بين الاتجاه نحو الغش الدراسي والاتجاه نحو أشكال الغش الأخرى. تم إعداد أداة دراسة عبارة عن استبانة تم تطبيقها على عينة قدرها 2000 طالب وطالبة من مؤسسات التعليم العالي بالكويت في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2013/2014. وكشفت النتائج أن اتجاه الطلبة نحو الغش في المجتمع بأنواعه المختلفة، هو اتجاه إيجابي وبدرجة متوسطة في مجملها. وتبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة حول اتجاههم نحو أنواع الغش (الأخلاقي- الاجتماعي- التجاري)، تعزى لمتغير النوع لصالح الذكور. ولمتغير مؤسسة التعليم العالي، لصالح الطلبة الذين يدرسون التعليم التطبيقي والجامعات الخاصة، بينما وجدت فروق في متوسطات الطلبة نحو الاتجاه للغش التجاري لصالح طلبة جامعة الكويت. وكذلك وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين للغش تعزى لمتغير مستوى تعليم الأب؛ لصالح الطلبة الذين كان مستوى تعليم آبائهم في المستويات (ثانوي فأقل). ولصالح الطلبة ممن مستوى تعليم أمهاتهم (الجامعي). بينما تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة حول الاتجاه للغش بأنواعه المختلفة، تعزى لمتغير نوع الكلية. The study aims to explore the attitudes of the higher education students in the State of Kuwait towards the academic, ethical fraud, social fraud, business fraud and to identify the type of relationship between the trend of academic cheating towards other forms of fraud. Therefore, a questionnaire is applied on a sample which involves 2000 students from the higher education institutions in Kuwait in the first semester of the academic year 2013/2014. The results revealed that students’ attitudes towards cheating of various types in the community, is a positive trend with a medium degree. There were significant differences between the means scores in the sample about their direction towards fraud (ethical, social, business), due to for males. The variable of the higher education institute gender results come favoring the applied education students and private universities, whereas differences have been found in the students means towards the direction of business fraud for Kuwait university students. In addition, significant differences have been found between the means scores trends of university students on fraud due to father’s educational level variable; for the benefit of the students whose parents’ education levels (Secondary or less) and for the benefit of students who are educated by their mother (University).- While, the results showed that there are no significant differences between the means scores of the respondents about the trend for various types of fraud, due to the variable of the college type.
