تناولت هذه الدراسة أثر التمويل الداخلي على تحقيق أهداف مؤسسات التعليم. تمثلت المشكلة في أنَّ إمداد المؤسسة بالأموال اللازمة لإنشائها أو توسعتها يعتبر من أعقد المشكلات التي تواجهها المؤسسات، وإن الكيفية أو الطريقة التي تحصل بها المؤسسات على ما تحتاجه من أموال للقيام بنشاطها هي أول ما يفكر فيه مسيّرو المؤسسة، وبقدر ما يكون حجم التمويل كبيراً ويحسن استثماره بقدر ما يكون العائد أو الربح الذي يعتبر هدف أي نشاط مؤسسة. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى إسهام التمويل في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسات التعليمية، من خلال الوقوف على مفهوم وأنواع ومصادر التمويل، إضافة إلى التعرف على آراء الذين أجري معهم البحث، التي يمكن أن تزيد من إسهام التمويل في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسات التعليمية، ومعرفة التحديات التمويلية التي تواجهها المؤسسات التعليمية. كما هدفت إلى تقديم مقترحات تفيد صانعي القرار بالمؤسسة. جاءت فرضيات الدراسة على النحو التالي: الحصول على موارد ومن ثم استخدامها يؤدي إلى زيادة فاعلية المؤسسة، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التمويل وتحقيق أهداف المؤسسات التعليمية، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التمويل واستمرارية نشاط المؤسسة. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والتاريخي الاستردادي. وتوصلت إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: الاعتماد على الموارد الخاصة لتمويل الاحتياجات بأكبر قدر ممكن ما يضمن للمؤسسة التعليمية عدم تدخل الغير في القرارات المالية، الحصول على موارد ومن ثم استخدامها يؤدي إلى زيادة فاعلية المؤسسة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات من شأنها أن تفيد القائمين على أمر المصرف والمهتمين والدارسين، أهمها: على المؤسسة العمل على تطوير مصادرها التمويلية لتتمكن من رفع إنتاجيتها: التعرف على نقاط القوة ونقاط الضعف في عملية التمويل الداخلي للمؤسسة. This study examined the impact of internal funding to achieve the goals of education institutions. The problem with that supply the institution with the necessary funds for the establishment or expansion is one of the most complex problems faced by institutions, though how or the manner in which you gel by institutions on what you need money to do its activity is the first tiling he thinks of each institution, and to the extent that the amount of funding a large and improves investment to the extent that the revenue or profit, which is the goal of any enterprise activity. This study aimed to identify the extent of the contribution of funding to the goals of educational institutions, by standing on the concept and the types and sources of funding, in addition to the identification of the views of respondents, which can increase the contribution of funding to achieve the objectives of educational institutions, knowledge challenges financing faced by educational institutions. It also aims to submit proposals stating organization’s decision makers. The hypotheses of the study are as follows, to obtain resources and then use leads to increase the effectiveness of the institution, no statistically significant relationship between finance and achieve the goals of educational institutions, and there is a statistically significant relationship between finance and the continuity of the institution’s activities. The study followed the descriptive and analytical approach historical. The study reached several conclusions, the most important, reliance on private resources to finance the needs as closely as possible to ensure the institution of non-interference of others in financial decisions, access to resources and then use leads to increase the effectiveness of the institution. Study has made a number of recommendations that would benefit those who ordered the bank and interested students the most important, the company working on the development of its funding sources to be able to increase productivity, to identify strengths and weaknesses in the process of internal funding of the institution.
